I don't know if there are any. I couldn't find any either. Since the bushings will likely just keep smushing down the more you compress them, I don't know that you could ever get an actual torque figure. But I'm just hypothesizing here.

yeah that's what I thought so I called Energy Suspension and low and behold they bounced me back to "retorque to factory specs" so I called the dealer here in Podunk BFE where I live and the dude says: "as tight as you can get them soooooooo...where to go from here?!?!?!

Found in less than 5 minutes with a search...
"Going by the "Standard Bolt Tightening Torque - Appendix B, '85 Pickup/4Runner Factory Service Manual", 20-30 ft.lbs. seems appropriate for the size and grade of hardware used."

Waskilly - Not trying to be a smarta$$ here but again I drive a 1998 4runner not an 85'...yes I did find that same posting..my point is I am trying to find the "specific to my year model", not a doubt in my mind, from the manufacturer, specs not a "seems approriate"..again not bashing just saying give some credit bro yes I have done my homework

Its just a body mount...I tighten em until they are tight...
