Too much grease in the driveshaft???
I was greasing the front driveshaft yesterday and grease started to come out of the driveshaft (not the zerk fitting). After doing some driving today I noticed more grease (minimal amount) coming out at the same spot. Is this normal or did I blow a seal?

It's normal. Thats usually how you tell you have filled the joint up with grease, the old stuff comes squirting out. The only part you can overfill is the slip joint.

Driveshafts vary from generation to generation. I can tell you on the 3RD gen there will be no grease squirting out unless it is filled to the brim, and even then doubtful.
Since I don't have a 4TH gen and never took a 4TH gen driveshaft apart thus can't speak intelligently on the matter, and won’t generalize either.

Yea, I dont think grease should come out of the slip of the drive shaft. I think you might have filled it a little too full. If you want, dissasemble the drive shaft and take some of the grease out. be sure to mark the 2 parts so you put them back together the same way they came apart.

Correct, if overfilled grease will come out of the slip joint. This is bad. When your suspension compresses it must compress the shaft and the cavity filled up with grease will resist this - it can cause damage! A couple of pumps on the slip joint fitting when you lube the driveline is enough.
And there is no seal to blow.

I find that 1.5 to 2 pumps completely fills my front and rear driveline zerks to the point where I can hear the air hiss out like grease is ready to shoot out of the voids.
