too much for 285's

would the ss7.1 kit and 2 inch body lift be too much for 285/75/16's, i dont want my tires to look too small. debating on a 1/2 1 or 2 inch body lift because i rub right now but want a shrockworks bumper

It's all about opinion as to whether the tires will look too small. I've got the SS#1.1 and run 265/75/R16's and I think my 4runner looks great. The SS#7.1 is not as high of a lift as the 1.1, so 285's should not look too small at all. As a matter of fact they should fill up the wheel well quite nicely.

By the way, Steve was excellent to deal with. ...And I love my 1.1 lift so I am sure the 7.1 will be of the same quality.

Good luck,
Cheers

Woops, I missed the part about the body lift. Why don't you just run the SS#1.1 and skip the body lift?

Cheers

a 1 inch body lift will look great, and your tires should stop rubbing.

i plan on doing one eventually
