tokico front shock question - (PIC)
I'm going to be removing my SAW's and going back to a coil/shock set-up but I tossed my old hardware (ie. the OEM top plate). I have a line on some new(used) topplates but I'm wondering if i need to get any additional parts or if the Tokicos come with the parts shown on the red below - like the rubber cushions and retainers (not the top plate - i know that's separate)
thanks
John
thanks

You should get new bushings and retainers. As far as top plate, nope. There is also a rubber gasket type thinger that goes under the top plate.
If you are running the tundra set up, dont forget to order extended studs and the 3/8" spacer.

You should receive the bushings, retainers and nut with the shocks....at least thats what I got with me OME set up. It may differ now that I think about it. Call them and ask.

Yes you need the cushion to seat the coil properly to the top plate. It should come with the top plates; with OEM parts they are sold together, top plate and cushion. But used is a way better way to go, you can save a ton.

yeah, finding the bushings isn't proving to be the hard part - finding the "retainers" is a different story.

The rear LC OEM shocks are the same way. Problem is most people toss the retainers when they get aftermarket stuff. I ended up getting mine off someone very cool for free on ih8tmud. Sonaran steel says they can help out if need front hardware. Have you called Steve?
