I haven't been able to find a pic of this setup from TJM. Mike at Xtreme Off Road said that a few of you guys around here have this setup. I'm gonna get it but I want to see what it looks like mounted. Anybody have some pics?

$50? Where'd you find them for $50? I paid $75 for mine, plus shipping.

And yes, that's correct... you do have to cut the bumper to get them to fit.

Have you thought about what you're going to use to do the actual cutting? I thought about a reciprocating saw, but it's not exactly the most precise tool in my garage. I ended up using a Dremel with a heavy duty cut-off wheel. It was slow going, and I went through all 20 cut-off wheels, but it got the job done. Took me a good 5 hours to do everything - wiring turn signals, cutting, mounting lights, etc..

Keep in mind that you'll be exposing bare metal when you cut. You'll probably want to seal it off so it doesn't rust. I used silicon and haven't gotten any rust yet.

How do you like the FF75 Fogs? I can't decide between fogs and driving even though I have a set of round pencil beam lights that I am also going to install.

I like them. I had been looking for a good way to get a set of fog lights installed. I use them a lot in a lot of driving conditions. They do a great job lighting up the sides of the road, which is great for me because of all the deer in my area. If you already have a set of pencil beams/driving lamps, the fogs would give you another beam to use in additional driving conditions.

Alright, fogs it is. I was thinking about the desert driving I do
but I am in the mountains a lot as well and this would complement the driving lights.

I've got a Dremel and a ton of cut off wheels. I have a grinder to get the bulk cut and finish with the Dremel. I've got access to a plasma cutter that I have used already on the bumper for another modification, I'm a bit hesitant with that though. I will get a better feel when I get the brackets. I like the silicone angle and it makes tight seal with some dampening.

How about fabricating some brackets that will fit the lamp without cutting the TJM?
Seems like the dimensions of the FF75 should be able to fit without cutting.
The TJM mounts are plastic, getting some metal and bending it properly with good reinforcement might even be better.
I wouldn't mind drilling a couple small holes to reinforce a mount, but irreversible cutting is not something I plan on doing.

I'd be really impressed if someone figured out a way to retain a turn indicator in addition to a fog light in the TJM cutout, without irreversible cutting of the bumper. Lots of newer cars/trucks have a fog light and adjacent turn signal built into the same cutout/housing--looks nice and clean. Getting something like that to work (and look like it was meant to be that way) in the TJM housing would be ideal.

Ive seen something like it somewhere. But I think that it might just be a "parking" light. Its half clear half amber housing that fits into the stock housing. At first I thought it might be a fog but I have yet to see anything like that and on mike's site he has a listing for Indicator/"park" lights. And they are $95 for the lights and $75 for the "swivel assembly". Don't know if you need both or if all you need is the lights.?? Maybe Mike can clarify?
