Tires: If you were to do it all over again...

...what would you get, in what size, and why?

EDIT: FOrgot to put in my opinion.

For me, the next set of tires I buy will probably be some BFG KWD2s, but really, for a truck, Id skip over the ATs and get MTs. The more I drive on teh ATs I have now, the more Im kicking myself int eh rear for not getting MTs.

I am thinking about running Nitto Terra Grappler 295/75/16
I have always liked them and heard GREAT things about them. They are cheaper than most tires too---$138 each

straight to 33x12.5x15 BFG MT's Siped instead of going up to 16's and 265/75 BFG A/T's, then 285/75 Bridgestone Duelers.

BF Goodrich A/T's 33x10.50's. Reason: I want 33's, but I love my stock alloys.
I ran this set up on my '97 Tacoma with the same wheels, worked for my needs. Hopefully I'll have some for Christmas.

Bridgestone Duelers MTs. I never had a problem with them on my old blazer and the BFG ATs suck wet and sloppy mud traction.

BFG street tires I hate. If I had to get some Krawlers, I'd try the 39/13.50/17s...maybe next set of tires.

I tend to buy Goodyear and I love the MT/Rs...I'd start w/ 33s and then go to 37s or 39s and go up in rim size too to a 17.

If I still had my OME lift and body lift, Id definetly go with the 305/70/16's rather than the 285/75/16s. I dig the BFG M/T's but they are super overpriced. Right now I dig the Yokohama Geolandar M/Ts though.

I am thinking about these also... but in 305/70/16. They look aggressive for an A/T.

I'm very happy with my 33x10.50's or I'd step it up to some 35x12.50's or 3712.50's if I had the money and the motor....

BFG AT's for 33's or 35's and MTR's for a 37X12.50 on a decent 17....otherwise my stock 15's pull

37x12.50 MTRs instead of my 36x13.50 iroks. Same actual height, but I think the MTRs are a lot quieter.
