timing question

timing question

I know this has problem been talked to death but I couldn't find any info... so is the timing the same as the 3.0? point the crank mark at the 0 and cam arrows straight up? or how does it work on the 3.4? Any help is appreciated, thankyou,

same way. Crank at 0 deg and the marks on the cams straight up for the 3.0 and 3.4

Okay so I got it all taken apart and I need help with the tensioner pulley I cant get it to loosen up, any help is appreciated I have a picture attached of the little piston thing I can't get to loosen.
