Throttle Sop adjustments

Ive gone through the manuals, Ive searched the internet but I can not find anywhere that talks about adjusting the throttle stop screw.. They only talk about adjusting the "TPS". I dont know if it is supposed to be open alittle or complertely closed. Any help is great appreciated.

From the FSM,5VZ-FE:

Inspect throttle valve:
1.apply vacuum to the throttle opener.(vacuum actuator directly under TPS)
2.check that there is no clearance between the throttle stop screw and throttle lever when the throttle valve is fully closed.

*Throttle valve fully closed angle=10 degrees*
