tellico was fun time to fix some stuff

I was on trail 4 and slam all of the sudden my front end was on the ground. Ended up having the bolts in the my lower control arm break or fall out because I didnt put locktight in the last time i changed my cv. Now I need to decide how to fix it. Its really hard to use an ez out to get the old sheared off bolts out so im thinking maybe a new spindle. I was also wondering where to get replacements for the sleeves that go around the bolts. It was explained to me the if I dont have these then the bolts will continue to fall out. Im working with only two bolts in there right now with some red locktight. Anyone have suggestions or been in this situation before.

is there a bit of bolt sticking out that you could weld a nut onto. If not you could build it up with a mig welder and then weld the nut on.
