A/T Shift RPM

Just curious, what RPM do your 2nd gen 3.0's generaly shift at when accelerating?

with my lead foot i usually dont get out of 1st until i hit 4 or so. but usually its about 2-3. i guess really it just depends on how you drive.

Well, it depends on what speed I'm trying to get to. If I was going from stopped to 55mph, here's when mine shifts with the way I usually drive with the engine worm:

1-2 ~2800-3000RPMs

2-3~2800-3000RPMs

3-lockout (or whatever that's called)~2200RPMs

lockout-4~2200RPMs

when cruising in over drive~1700-1800RPMs


That's what I've got as best as I can remember. I have the smaller tires on my rig, so that may make a difference. Also, I've had some tranny problems for past year, so that may make some difference too.
