Switching to synthetic oil?

I have been searching for a few hours now about different fluids for my 2000 4runner. I have figured out that I will be running Mobil 1 products in my tranny, front and rear diff's and transfer case.

Can someone please confirm that these are all the correct products to use:

Tranny: Mobil 1 ATF 16+ qts (I will be flushing the entire system)
Front Diff/transfer case: Mobil 1 Synthetic Gear Lube LS 75W-90
Rear Diff: Mobilube HD Plus 80W-90 (If I can find it locally)

If I can't find the Mobilube locally can I use the 75w-90 even though the manual calls for 80w-90?

Thank you for your help.

75W90 is fine in the differentials. I think the 80W90 is specified by Toyota to match what many non-synthetic oil weights. Most synthetics have a wider range than conventional oil.

Make sure not to use mobil 1 synthetics for ATF. My tranny didnt like it. and Mobil said it's not reccomended. Either stick with the toyota stuff or go amsoil syn atf.

Is anyone else having a problem with Mobil1 syn ATF? I did a search and it seemed that alot of people are using it due to the availability if it. Now I'm unsure of what to do, what about BG ATF syn fluid? I can get a good deal on it.

You might like to consider Red Line Lubricants.
