sway bars

how much will it affect my 99limited 4runner if i disconnect my bars for off road??? i drive like a maniac so i would think i need em but just curious as to what peoples experiences have been or recommend

Make your self some sway bar quick disconnects. You can easily disconnect them when offroad for more flex and connect them once you get back on the pavement. Check out the tech section. I've heard a few horror stories about driving on road without your sway bar.

checked the tech section is there any other way for the sway bar disconnects??

You are only limited by your imagination. Oh, and the pin and sleeve method is quite common.
