Surco Roof Rack mounting kit CH100 ??
Anybody installed a Surco Rack with this CH100 mounting kit?
I recently bought one used and am not so confident with the strength of the mounting kit. I could not use the pieces that slide into the factory rack rails. They were to big. So before I make something that will work I was wondering if the CH100 kit comes with more than just the one type of flat aluminum pieces that the rack mounting arms screw into? I have 8 of them. Does the kit come with more?

Got photos?? I bolted mine to a Thule rack, It is a lot stronger. I used nuts and bolts for the main rack, and tapped 1/4-20 holes for the center strips.. I can show you close ups if you want.
