Sump capacity for v6 4x4 tranny?

anyone know how many quarts our v6 4x4 trannies take? i did a search and too much crap to sift through. thanks guys

Hey,,
it about 15 to 16 qts total i believe....according to the haynes note the haynes manual is wrong about the atf "Drain and fill" specs as it says that the capacity is 2.1 qts in acatuality its about 4 qts....

Were you planning on a "ATF Flush"?
