Stock spring rates ?

Anyone know what the stock spring rates (lbs/in) are for an '04 Tacoma 4cyl standard cab 4x4.(just the front) ? I want to increase the rate (about 30-35%) but retain stock ride height. Does anyone sell springs that'll do that ?
Don't really want to invest in coil-overs. Just wanted a Bilstein shock with a heavier spring.(no lift, it's going to carry a snowplow)

i have been searching this on the internet for awhile now for my 4runner,looks like the only way to get a stiffer spring is lift it with a longer stiffer springs, you might want to check out old man emu springs-they make stiffer springs-but i don't think they make any stock height, sorry i dont have a better answer for ya,im sure someone will chime in

You're going to have to do some experimenting unless you wanted to go with something adjustable like SAWs (yes they are coilovers). There's no one that makes stiffer stock height springs and you've got alot of other variables like running a plow up front (added weight?), 4 cyl (will tend to ride higher in front than v6), etc. It's not a common setup but you could start with OME881s or even Tundra coils (no spacers) and see where that gets you.

Thanks for the ideas. I think i'll check out the Tundra springs and maybe the OMEs too. The plow weighs about 600 lbs so with these soft springs i'd be riding around with the front end bottomed out all the time, and we all know that wont last long... I've heard of a product called "Timbrens", they're like a big rubber bump stop for the lower control arm. Supposed to be like a second spring I guess.

WOW 600 lbs!!!! Then skip the OME's and go right to the tundras.
Adjustable coilovers are useless in the snow belt anyway unless you load the threads up with grease.
