Starting Issue - Won't turn over unless I cycle the headlights

I have a weird issue with my 2004 DC PreRunner.

When I went to start it yesterday I got the dead battery clicking noise. I turned everything off(AC, Radio) and tried again...nothing but clicking noise.

I turned the headlights on and off to see if I had any juice, then tried starting the truck and it fired up.

Went to go to work this morning and had the same issue as yesterday.

The battery is 3 months old, the truck has 150k on it with the original alternator.

Where do I start?

Load test the battery and alternator. Local parts store can do that.

^^^^This. Before that, try to clean and tighten both battery terminals and the ground wire to the fender wall to see if that makes a difference.
