squealing belts on 92
I recently changed out my timing belt (92 3.0)and put everything back together. after my first wheeling trip, my belts started squealing- gradually getting worse. my alt pulley would heat up very quickly so i looked to change my alt belt- after doing so i noticed metal chips enbedded in teh belt grooves and figured thats what caused the squealing. after i changed it out the noise was gone. after my most recent wheeling trip, my belt squeals again- i havent looked at it yet as i havent had time, but it doenst matter if the belts are wet or dry- the squeal on start up and squeal when idle gets low. any ideas on my problem here?

Wet belts tend to squeak from my experiance. But maybe you got something caught in the grooves again. I really don't know its an odd problem, but check to see if something got caught again.
