Squeaking ES bushings - normal?

Squeaking ES bushings - normal?
Is it normal for the ES graphite-impregnated bushings to squeak in the first few kilometers every morning? I had the 4 bushings greased after installing the ADDCO stabilizer bars and I also applied some grease during installation of the bars.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I find all poly bushings squeak, graphite impregnated or plain. What works best for me is to apply some grahite loaded wheel bearing grease (I use StaLube synthetic) and brush that inside the bushing on on the moving part. Usually takes a few applications of the grease over a year or two and then it seems to build up a layer of graphite on the surface of the bushing. Also, roughening up the contact surface of the bushing with a die grinder or sandpaper helps with grease retention and squeak reduction. If all the does not help, consider drilling and tapping the bushing and bracket for a grease fitting and periodically inject grease.

It can take a while for the grease to get worked all the way through the bushings. As mentioned, I've had the best luck with a graphite-loaded grease. It seems to build up a good surface film of graphite when the grease disappears. Also, roughing up the inside bore of the bushings helps as well.
