spark plugs.. quick question

I just bought some NGK plugs, but they are weird. Can you tell me if they are supposed to have 2 prongs? They are not the standard hook shape I am used to, but i have never replaced the plugs in my runner before.

I asked for the normal non-platinum NGKs.

Yep, my 1999 has the same type of dual-electrode plugs.

funrunner,

if you're considering doing the seafoam treatment (which i think is a bit premature for your 01 4runner), you might wait to install those new plugs and do the treatment first.

if not, never mind

Bob,

Did the seaform treatment (only because when I cleaned the throttle body it was really dirty, (but the MAF sensor as fine, go figure), about 1000 miles ago, so I figure enough time has passed.
