Looking to get in touch with any members in the Southern and Eastern Ontario area.
Any info on trails in the area would also be most welcome.
Thanks,

Smile London Ontario Here

I am in London Ontario and just purchased a 2003 4Runner V8 Limited. Prior to that I had a 1999 4Runner Limited. I have not got into serious off roading...........$50,000 vehicle, but would like to get into some driving on trails etc.
Where are you in Ontario?

I'm in the Peterborough area, and like yourself I'm looking for something mild, to start out with. Let's see what kind of response we get, maybe we can find something close to central for a gathering.
I know of a group of Cherokee folks who wheel out around south central Ont. and they'd be glad to join up. I'm not into excluding someone based on what they drive

I may be moving back to Ottawa soon. I'll let you know. It'd be nice to do some camping.

Just wondering,

anyone interested in a K&N FIPK? I bought this not too long ago, and found out it is not very compatible with my supercharger. so yesterday i put my stock air filter back in for now.

you can find out more information about the kit here:
http://www.knfilters.com/FIPK/fipk.htm

the kit was/is great for a little added performance. i could honestly feel a little improvement, but dont expect too much. it sounded amazing. i loved the sound of sucking in air. i have only had it in a few months. it was installed and uninstalled by the toyota dealer. everything is back in its original box. i'm not too sure on price yet, let me dig up my receipt when i get home to see how much i paid. i think half of what i paid is fair??

here is a picture of it before i got my supercharger:

Thanks

oh and i'd prefer to sell it to someone in the area, that way we can do the transaction in person. you can see what you are buying. i dont have paypal set up, so i would only take cash. well i guess if absolutely necessary, you could paypal the money into my brothers account? does that work? so ya...looking for someone local, and looking for cash payment preferably. thanks

Hey guys!

it seems like theres a real interest in getting a convoy together to hit the trails!!...thats awesome!...too bad it wasnt the start of the summer again!!

leebee: thanks for the invite! unfortuneately, this weekend is no good for me, but keep letting us know when you're heading out! i'll get out one of these times! also, the trails you hit, will it be alright for my stock 4runner? you have to start us off easy! i dont have a winch in case i get stuck!

Vato Loco: i'm pm'ing you as soon as i post this, so check your box.

Thanks
Bill

How about we organize a local meet first and then after we have can plan something in the next meet or something. Try to get everybody to introduce themselves and then on another day...we can hit up the trails. What do you guys think?

Excellent idea!

i want to drool over all your cars first!...

sooo we have:

Vato - Stoney Creek
Moveovr (me) - Hamilton
four.runner - milton/waterdown
uxb101 - toronto
leebee - kitchener
4hummer - kitchener
Blair - Peterborough

hmmm....hamilton sounds good....lol...i'm not just saying that cause it means least driving for me!...its kind of central to toronto and to kitchener isnt it??.....but really if thats not good for people we can meet elsewhere...i dont mind driving...probably an hour at most though......suggestions??
