So check it out I got a 2000 Toyota forerunner ever since I got it the rear end seems supersoft I even put new shock absorbers on the back and it didn't help at all if I put one or two people in the backseat feels like shocks and leave springs are maxed out is there anyway to adjuster suspension I know there's a bunch of stuff going on back there torsion bars etc. can I stiffen up the rear end by adjusting some of that stuff

Pretty common on a 16 year old rig. You have coils in a 4R not leaves or leaf springs, perhaps try new coils, maybe suggest you have a 1999 as they have taller coils and won't sag as much over time.
