"soft part" of dash

OK, I'ver searched and searched. I found several posts on removing the hard plastic part of dash, but nothing on the top, soft part. I have a 90 4runner soft dash that is sun-cracked to beat all, and I was lucky enough to score a replacement on ebay. I just dont know how to do it! Please help. Any and all thought appreciated

I have never done it but since you have the replacement part and most small clip type items are readily available from a Toyota dealer, I would say just jump in there and start pulling stuff off. Just be a little gentle, if you break the old dash it doesn't matter and if you snap a clip or two, go buy new ones.

Intrepid, thats a good point. I could just take the old one off in sections- just by cutting , (?) then replace with the other one.

look at the dash you bought off of ebay, and find where all the clips are, and just pull the same clips from the dash on your truck.
