3.4L V6 Smog Test Numbers

Hello,

I'm looking at buying a 99 Tacoma 3.4L V6 with 116,000 miles on it. It passed smog but BARELY. It is in California. Here are the numbers:

15 MPH // 1531 RPM // CO2-15.1 // O2 .3 // HC Max 55 // AVE 9 // MEAS 55 // CO MAX .70 // AVE .09 // MEAS .46 // NO (PPM) Max 533 // AVE 103 // MEAS 411 PASS
25 MPH // 1492 RPM// CO2-14.8 // O2 .1 // HC Max 39 // AVE 6 // MEAS 17 // CO MAX .84 // AVE .03 // MEAS .09 // NO (PPM) Max 786 // AVE 95 // MEAS 106 PASS

I can do basic tune-ups/brakes/etc. I remember on older trucks I always ran the engine for a while to get everything hot and changed plugs/wires/etc before ever doing a smog test. I don't know if any of that was done by this owner. My major concern is buying a truck with a bad motor. I underlined the numbers I'm concerned about, but maybe I should be concerned with more of the numbers??

Now my question is what could cause some of the numbers to be so high and what are the potential costs to replace the parts? I believe I can do the sensors without a problem but not a catalytic convertor. Should I be worried about a head gasket or compression check? What are some basic things I could have a mechanic check out before I buy the truck?

Any info would be helpful.

Thank you!
