The code never tells you anything is bad. It only tells you that the ECU has determined that there is a fault in the system or circuit indicated and the code only recommends WHICH diagnostic proceedure to run to determine the true fault.
Now, with all that said, it is so unlikely that both O2 sensors are bad.
If you think you need a new one and one one at a good price, email Brian at www.URDUSA.com. We got a skid of O2 sensors in yesterday and I am sure you can get a good price. The sad thing is that I do not have an application guide book to go with them, yet.
