Shocks for a stock 98 SR5

I recently bought a 98 SR5 and have decided that I need new shock (175,000Kms) the ride is defenitly not perfect, does anybody have any experience with different shocks. I was thinking of either OEM shocks or maybe Monroe Sensa tracks. Any imput would be greatly appreciated, I use the truck 90% or the time on the road and 10% or the time offroad.

Thanks a million
Blake
