shock valving question
I'm trying to set up my 4Runner for long travel and although I've done some research, I'm pretty clueless as far as shock valving goes. I'm going to be running some 8 wrap LC coils in the rear. I'm planning on buying a Total Chaos long travel kit for the front at the end of the summer after I have some extra cash saved up and for now I just want to get my rear pieced together.
Does anyone have any insight on what valving I should be looking for in a pair of shocks to be able to hit whoops and bumps at a decent speed?
