Shock recommendations for lift

Ok I am finally gonna lift my rig. I the next could of mods will be manual hubs, fj80 coils, panhard bracket, extended brake lines and shocks. The only thing is what kind of shocks? I've seen several people running bilsteins and rancho 9000s. I was wondering about some other shocks though. Like the procomp mx-6s. Anyone know anything about theses? What about the more serious bilsteins? All prop has severall different models I definately won't go with the 7100s but the 5150s and 5100s are options. Also what length shocks should I get? and how do I measure for the appropriate length? Thanks for the help.

Most shock spec by the length of extension and compression.
You can flex your truck and take compress and extension measurement and go from there.
You can save some work by going with what works....which is what most folks run here.
