Did you report it to the shipping company?

Yeah, I would recommend letting them as well as who you ordered it know that it happened. They would likely like to be made aware of that.

no - It seems like everything is in one piece and dont want to bother with the hassle -
but it looks like the box and its contents have been through a firing range and back....I guess this just happens sometimes with shipping and careless handlers.

it seems like that happens alot with akwardly shaped and weighted objects. the boxes for my high-lift jack and damello light bar were both damaged when i got them. luckily the items were not injured.

well - it looks like part of the problem was on the shippers end as the stuff was in too big of a box -and basically not packed tight enough....so when it was presumably being thrown around - the stuff shifted and chipped, box broke etc etc.

all I can say is when you fly, you can watch airline people absoluetely HURL your luggage onto the plane like they are training for olympic shakput or something - and they know you are watching them -

I can only imagine what goes on with freight items behind the scenes.

What shipping company are you talking about? If you say the USPS, say no more. - they are on my list (stole some coilovers from a shipping box)
