I have the TRD one on my 5speed. Love it! Much better than that stock rubber one.

i have the TRD one my dad got it at the stealership for me for a conformation gift
hes friends with the parts guy so im sure he didnt pay list price but expect to pay a premium for the TRD knob its SOOOO nice tho, its soft and plush and weighted so it makes it nicer to shift with. it would be great on a supra or mr2 or even a celica

I just swapped out my 2 stock shift knobs on my '85 pickup for a set from a '99 4Runner, so I can say for sure that they are interchangable between different gens and models if that helps at all.....

I found a generic copy of the TRD knob - looks exactly the same but no TRD logo. Cost me $15. I don't think the logo is worth another $60....

haha...love the chrome skull knob!!!
thanks everyone for the info, i checked it out, and it seems that all toyo's (from like early 80s and up) have that same thread pattern M12-1.25. its also shared by a few nissans. (i think the new 350z is one) but overall, i like the ball shift knob look, so i think im gonna try to find a used IS300 knob. theyre weighted, chrome, and make a cool conversation peice. lexus wants 100 bucks for it, so im scannin ebay at the moment. (they go around 20-30 bucks) FYI: ive seen the TRD ones on ebay go around 50 in case anyone is interested.
