She's feelin' a lot better
I don't know if you guys remember but I had a "missing engine" a few months ago. I measured coils, changed O2 sensors, etc. etc. etc. Problem was the coil after all. Then, I had to replace the converter due to a P0420 code. I thought enough raw fuel had gone through and screwed it up but Midas replaced it under warranty.
Welllll. I drove from Atlanta to Florida and back. She drove great. I had an average speed of 92 mph coming home and got 18.4 mpg. She never skipped a beat.
Now, I just have to get ready of that front end shake.

I'd be willing to bet the shake has something to do with all the hitchhikers/smaller cars/minivans you ran over while you were careening down the highway like an ass.

I drive through georgia and florida all the time. That is not the flow... that is the few idiots who bomb down the road on each others tails behind their jackass leader.
But I'm glad the 4runner runs better.

I couldn't keep up with the traffic if it was faster than 92mph. I've toped out at 95mph...I guess that was with 3 GOOD running cylinders and 1 bad...lol.
Thats great...I suggest slowing down. Who cares if your keeping up with traffic...I DOUBT semi's are going that fast. Think about how much we (the country) could save by lowering the speed limit by 10mph...I wouldn't mind it at all...lol

92 average means there were times you were hitting 100+! Damn dude, with my 3.4, 285's and 4.10's, I don't think my rig would even go 90. If it would, the tires would be screaming and my front end would be shaking like mad. Glad things are a little slower paced around here or I'd be getting rear ended every 10 minutes!
