SAW Trouble, HELP.

Okay, right before I bought this Runner, the originall owner sent off the SAWs to be rebuilt b/c of the factory defect with the 2nd gen batch. Anyways these are basically new, with maybe 10K miles that I've put on them since being rebuilt. I have been noticing a small squeek coming from the suspension over bumps, most noticeable in the parking deck at school, small area with lots of expansion joints, lots of suspension cycles. Today the squeek is very noticeable, to the point where it's embarasing b/c it sounds like an old hunk of junk whose suspenion is about to fall off. The only new thing installed recently was a 1" BL. Can ANYONE offer ANY insight into this annoying squeek, I can just push the bumper down and the noise is terrible, please help.

Thanks in advance.
-Scott

Wash the mud out from under your rig. Put a sprinkler under the front end for the night and leave it on. You got something gunked up w/ mud and it is squeaking would be my bet...considering all the freakin mud that was all over the 85!

It the SAW design dude. LOL mine has nt seen mud in 3-4 yrs and it squeaks like grandmas old shopping cart. I put wd40 tranny oil nothing works. Well it works till it rains. then squeak sqeak. Sounds like an old ford. I dont think its lubricating the shaft properly.

I doubt it's mud, I spent over 3hrs washing all the mud off from Tellico, Trail #8, more than half of it sepnt om my back with a brush and a pressure washer, that under carrige is clean. I never even took the 85 off road, that was all from the previous owner. I spent more time on jack stands than anything else. Oh well I was looking at swapping over to the Tundra lift anyways.

Any other suggestions, there's got to be another explination, I've never heard to many complaints with these things, other than lack of flex(to stiff for crawl'n)
