SAW/OME Install help!

I finally got all the parts I need for my lift and I am ready to do the install. I got new stainless brake lines, Tundra valved SAW´s, OME springs and shocks, diff drop, panhard bracket. I also got the 285 Bridgestone Revo´s. Up front I have the TJM-15--my main question is which way do I turn the Saws so the valve doesn´t break. Also how much do you think I should crank up the Saws for a 2¨lift--it would be pretty sweet to get it right from the start!--my runner is a manual 00 with a TJM up front.

Point the valves inward. I would only crank them up 2".

Thanks Steve, I like your FJ-62--I have always wanted an 87 FJ-60. So I´ll crank them up so 2¨ of thread show.

Between 2.75" and 3" of thread will give you 2" of lift.
