It appears from the site that the back end sagging is quite common is this on all models? mine is a 96 3.0 Diesel 4runner, what do they cost to replace?

You might want to look up Old Man Emu shocks and coils. The coils run about $120 for the pair. The shocks are matched to the springs but they do have several valving rates for you to choose the ride you want. For a little more ($160) Downey makes a popular spring as well. Finally performance products sells a pair of springs for about $200. Most have the Downey HD (heavy duty) and some have the PP and OME. All three will give you about 1 1/2" of lift.
I just looked at our tech section and sadly I didn't see a spring replacement on a 3rd gen. :pat: bad yotatech!
Mike at extreme off road has some great prices and is a member of this board. His website is still being developed but you can use the email links to contact him.

Good luck and welcome to the board.
