Running shackle lift with OME lift?

Running shackle lift with OME lift?
1996 tacoma 3.4L
My tires were getting pretty bad, and with plans of lifting it in the near future, i ordered some 33's in. It wont be wheeled hardly at all until its lifted, so i'm not worried about messin the tire up while flexed out.
My plan is to get the shackle/spacer lift (2 inch) I know i'm looking at only an inch of lift. (I will be ordering these within a month or 2)
In the spring im planning on getting an OME 2.5-3 inch.
The question is, would this work, and work safely?
