I got an '81 4wd Toyota last week and its running lean. It has a fresh Long block with less than 10 miles on it, new carb....the list goes on. It runs like a champ. Its all timed in and the carb is tuned, but after it warms up and you try to restart the truck, the choke has to be on for it to even idle. I was wondering if maybe some kind of valve is getting stuck open and causing a vaccum leak? Ive sprayed around and cant find anything external. Anyone experience this before? I really need some help, i gotta get this thing on the road.....(and off).
