running boards

can someone post a link on how to remove running boards off a 2000 4runner? thanks.

Umm... doesn't really need a link. Just get under there, you'll see how. There's 6 bolts holding them on, you'll need a deep socket for one of them (can't remember if they are 12mm or 14mm (or something else).
Really easy though, undo those bolts, and they drop down.

Hate to sound like someone's Mom...but remember to wear your safety goggles...there's a lot of dust, gravel, etc...that comes loose while you're taking the RB's off....

And wear a jacket or you'll catch a cold. And don't run with scissors either Sorry I had to Just kidding though you really do need to wear goggles, I wish I had when I took mine off i got hit in the face with all sorts of crap from under my truck
