RS9000x w/ In Vehicle Adjustment

Does anyone have this, or know anything about it? Are the shocks themselves good, and how well does the in-car adjustment thingy work? I also can't for the life of me figure out where I would put the thing in my 3rd gen, since I have a cd/tape stereo, and pretty much zero open space in that area.

I have a couple of friends with the shocks. They are terrific, and being able to adjust them is a real bonus. I like em. Can't say about the in-cab controller option though, but I bet it would be neat to have. Pretty ugly thing to have to add somewhere. I'd probably stick it under the seat or somewhere out of sight....

I have the shocks

I have the 9000x 9way shocks but dont have the in cab adjustment. A friend of mine had them in his jeep a few years back and it was a sweet set up. You do need to make sure the lines are out of the way but I can only vouch for the shocks, and must say they are great.

I've had my in-cab adjuster for years, works great. Only saving grace of the otherwise lack luster 9000/9000X shocks.

Rancho has made that adjuster for many, many years. Probably since the 9000 first came out.

"Rancho has made that adjuster for many, many years. Probably since the 9000 first came out."

The new adjuster has 9 settings. It looks like your's has 5...

As far as I know the shocks fit, but the controller...who knows where that would go...

How much do those shocks with the in-cab adjustment run? I was looking at the RS5000's for when I swap out my stock coils in the rear.

I need to replace mine pretty soon, I have old Monroe Sensatracs that are rusted out and make funny noises when I articulate.
