2. lift - yes
3. runnin boards off - yes
4. tail lights - keep them, you might need them sometime
5. roofrack - Wilderness Rack w/ lights, high lift jack, shovel and spare tire
---- check out Corey's rig, that's the rack and setup you want.

knemo:
Quick, cheap and easy mods for the weekend:
1) Deckplate (see jalaber's website) w/ Amsoil TS-115 airfilter. Order the air filter from Gadget (gadgetonline.com)
2) remove the 3 roof rack cross bars- makes it easier to clean and prevents scratches/dirt from accumulating in there (see jalaber's website)
3) Get a TRD emblem and stick it on the back---instant 10hp!!! A "Mugen Power" sticker will add another 2.5hp.

I was thinking if I buffed it and gave it a nice slick aerodynamic surface and maybe sanded some of the edges down to further cut wind resistance I could gain another 1.8222 (2 with a bar on top)
I think your best bet would be to ask Corey how he would buff out the emblem using the infamous Corey Cable. However, the cost of the Corey Cable and the Griot's polish/wax might not justify the 1.82222 decrease in drag coefficient.
