retrofit locker
I have a 94 toyota truck, my question is can I install a factory trd locker (complete axel) in this truck without much fabrication? I've been shopping the salvage yards for one. has this been done before? also what can I expect to pay for one? would I be better off with an aftermarket locker?

This guy has put a trd locker in his PU. I know he has talked about it over on 4x4wire a bunch. Try PMing him or search over there for details. He has a write up on his site too.
If you have the time and money an e locker seems like the best option. No air lines and fully selectable.
