Reset CPU -> Now CPU is not ready

Hi all,

I recently reset my cpu due to a “check engine” code it was throwing. I had a bad o2 sensor which I replaced. My truck now needs to have its inspection done; however, when I take it to the shop they are telling me that the CPU is not ready. I have driven the car 200 plus miles since I reset the CPU.
How many more miles do you think I need to drive???
In my other Toyota the cpu became ready after 100 miles of driving.

TIA,

maguirre

it means some OBD diagnostic routines have not completed.

drive normally for a week or 2, maybe 1 or 2 tanks

should go to ready after all routines are run

could take longer, or you could have a problem still. need an obd scanner to drill down and nail it
