Repacking Hubs/Wheel Bearings

I've come to the conclusion that I need to repack my wheel bearings/hubs, as they have seen a lot of water and now are clicking and sound like they are in need of some grease!

Anyone know of any good write-ups on how to do this yourself. I hate to pay a hefty price tag to do the job if it is a fairly easy task to tackle.

I have a 97 4runner 4x4 with the ADD system. Please HELP!

You have sealed bearings, no repacking possible. You can remove the hubs yourself but the bearings have to be pressed out and in.
