toyo4runner

Hey guys if you guy may have known like 6 months ago my 4runner died on me, so after the swap and everything am tearing down the motor and just after i removed my oil pan it looks like my motor threw a rod. I wanna remove the head but i don't have the resources, i have a lot of experiences with honda's but not toyota. I did a couple of search and only found 3.0 to 3.4 swaps so if you guys can just point me in the right directions some links on removing the head and some tips on what not to do, the only thing that i did so far was remove the valve cover and put a 10mm onto the cams i think there is still other steps that i need to do. Anything would help pictures would be a lot better
OHHH the head only has 60,XXX miles on it and if the head looks fine i might be selling it i will also post up some pictures too; live in california, will go up on craigslist if the head is still in good condition.
