Relentless CEL. Multiple misfire
2001 Tacoma ext cab 4x4 TRD 3.4l 216k Mi.
Replaced-timing belt
water pump
all other belts, tensioners and bearings
replaced clutch
replaced all coil packs
spark plugs- ngk
plug wires-ngk
replaced battery and terminals
new air filter
cleaned MAF and throttle body
cleaned fuel injectors
changed oil and filter, trans fluid, flushed radiator
At first check engine light came on. Came up with misfire in every cylinder. Replaced timing belt water pump plugs and wires. Light came back on after i put everything back together. Pulled the codes again. Still have a misfire in cylinders 2,4 and 6. I have no idea where to go from here. what could cause a misfire on one side of the motor.

By the way after driving for a little while the check engine light starts to blink. could be wrong but doesnt that suggest that the cat is getting to much fuel? which makes me think that mabey it could be the o2 sensors. to my knowledge they have never been replaced. My next question would be could the o2 sensors fail and not give me a code for the sensor itself and just give a misfire code. Would a bad o2 sensor even cause a misfire?

Prior to replacing the timing belt i had a misfire on every cylinder. After the timing belt replacement it came up with the misfire on cylinder 2 4 and 6 only. i was sure to align the marks with with the belt/ camshaft and everything. if i just use a timing light to check the timing, will that tell me if that one side camshaft is off.

No, the timing light only tells what the crank timing is and not the individual cam timing.
Did you turn the crank bolt 2x clockwise to be sure all the timing marks lined back up after releasing the tensioner?
