Refinishing the wheel wells on a 3rd gen runner.
Hey guys,
What substance would you recommend to shoot inside your wheel wells to get rid of that discolored look on the stock plastic and metal.
Anything hose off easy??
Herculiner maybe???

Not sure about the rubberized undercoating.
All it does is attract the dirt to it's rubber like texture.
Lasted a short time.........looks ugly again.
I think the coating needs to dry hard to be washable.

Everytime I do a search, this stuff comes up as much better than 3M. I haven't tried it but been researching stuff for my wheel wells and thought I would toss it out there. It says its paintable too...
as for the autogeek site, thats the first one that came up in Google, no affiliation or haven't bought anything from them.

On the older models.. I used simple green and a brush/elbow grease.
If its a really tough stain, use Purple Stuff.
Wet
Brush in (stiff bristle brush)
Let sit (15min - do the other side)
Rise offf
looks like new.
