Not sure why or what you are trying to do.
I have had good experiences with a good system flush and fresh fluids.
My own past trials with WaterWetter have shown absolutely no improvement over what I already was experiencing with two separate vehicles, maybe others feel differently but, I wouldn't bother buying this product, I'd check my system for proper operation, just my two cents!

it helped the overheating in my honda due to a beginning to fail thermostat. it was good enough until i sold it.

I added a version of that when i did my last flush. Not because i had a problem but just because i could. since i didn't have a problem before i can't know if it is doing anything now but i know that working at at least 3/4 power for a non-stop 500 miles towing a ~4000 - 5000 lb trailer. it didn't overheat at all. So tdo what you want, it costs a little but i don't see a reason to not do it.

im super charged etc., and some of the guys are using it...anything to keep temps down is worth it to me---not sure of actual test data though?

One bottle is probably fine, that is what I use in my 22RE. If your cooling system is in good working order, you won't see any temperature change. Why? Because it is the thermostat that controls the engine temp and the water wetter won't change the setting of the thermostat. Also, if you have a problem with the cooling system, it probably won't fix it, either. I run it both to reduce cavitation and hot spots inside the cooling system and also hopefully it'll help a little if something were to start to go south while on the trail or road. One time I had the fan clutch lose all its fluid in 100F temps in stop-n-go traffic. Temp gauge went up a little bit but did not overheat. In fact did not even know anything was wrong until I popped the hood a week or two later and say the silicone oil splattered all over the underside of the hood (what a mess!). I figure between the water wetter and the new 3-row radiator, that saved the engine that time.

1 bottle is enough and I used in my very modded Eclipse and with my datalogger that read everything right from the ECU my coolant temp stayed over 10 degrees cooler consistently with a bottle of Waterwetter in it.
