Recurving the stock distributor on a 22R.....

Does anyone here know how to "recurve" the stock distributor on a 22r? I know LC engineering sells a recurved high-performance dist. for the 22R, but I'd rather save the $$$ and do it myself.

I've already increased my base-timing a couple of degrees and I run mid-grade 89-octane in the truck. This really made the truck alot more peppy and responsive.

What kind of centrifugal springs and cam weights, if any, will I need to use to recurve it properly?

Thanx.
