Rear speakers

I know there have been lots of questions about speakers, but I just got my 99 4Runner and really want to make it sound good. Right now I've bought an adapter to make my MB Quartz 5.25 components work up front. However, I also have 6.5 Boston Acoustics, that I would like to use in back, but can't, yet. Is there anyway to mount these in the back without ripping up my door. I noticed someone said mounting components in the back, but I'd prefer them closer to me for better sound. Any ideas would be great, the 4 Runner is a great car, and I can't wait to upgrade it.
