Rear rattle solved
I took out the liner (Husky), the tool box and the cargo box (had electical pump in it along with few other small items.. box with everything in it does not rattle on its own).
I also noticed that the clips on 2 straps in the passenger side storage compartment were moving around rather freely. I rolled up some rags and stuffed them under the 2 straps (as if the 2 straps are actually holding the rags in place) and the rattle disappeared.
Liner is now back in and the rattle has not come back. I haven't yet put the tool box and the cargo box back in, so I'm not possitive if the rattle was from straps or from the liner with weight on it, but I hope this will give others some idea of what they can try to get rid of their rattles.
Gonna take the truck to the dealer tonight so he can look into front rattle and poor fit on door panels.

Dealer wanted to pull the headliner. Wouldn't tell me what exactly it is that rattles, but it's not the dash, though it sounds like it's coming from there.
I decided to do it myself though. I'll wait for the weather to warm up before I get to it.

My rattles disappear with warmer weather, so you might not want to wait to diagnose it... Or else you're looking at next year before you can diagnose it again.
