Rear power outlet

Has anyone ever "converted" their rear power outlet to be hot full time and not just when the ignition is on? I considered running wires directly from the battery to a West Marine outlet like I did in my old LandCruiser, but since this is already there and nice and stock, is there an easy way to modify it? This may be obvious to some, but I'm electrically challenged

Here you go, it works for all the outlets as they're on the same circuit

Thanks! Not sure how I missed that in my search.
