rear lift springs

The blocks are getting really annoying on my truck and I'm looking to get some 4 inch lift springs for the rear. what do you suggest?

if you are on a tight budget (as in my case) go with the DOWNEY springs. they are the same spring rate as stock. however, they are 3" lift springs ($150 for the pair).... but i got the extended shackles that give approx 1 1/2 " lift ($40 for the pair). they dont recommend getting the shackles with the lift springs, b/c they said it sacks them out faster... but i did it nehow... it works. it sacked out a bit, but its ok.

otherwise, go with ALL PRO or AOR .
